On-site Registration

Pre-race packet pickup with be on Friday from 4-7pm and Day of Registration will be available on Saturday from 7am until the final race starts if the event has not exceeded 1,000 participants

Packet Pickup

Early packet pick-up will be available Friday, from 4-7pm at Russell’s M-40 Speedway and again on race day beginning at 7am.

Timing & Results

Timing and results will be provided by Macs Sport Timing. This race will be timed as a gun start. Chips are used for timing.

Do not fold, bend, curve, or alter race number plates in any way. The number with the computer chip sticker on the back must be tied to the front of your bike without bending it so that it can be read. If altered you are subject to being disqualified.

Although chip timing is very accurate, close finishes sometimes require review. Results will be posted continuously during the race. You can dispute results during this timeframe, but race results become official at 1:05pm for podium awards placing which begins at 1:15pm for all categories.

Adverse Weather Policy

131 Cycling Series, LLC reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel the start of MELTING MANN in the event of inclement weather and/or unsafe road conditions. The definition of inclement weather and unsafe road conditions belongs solely to the discretion of the 131 Cycling Series, LLC, Race Directors. We will do everything in our control to complete this event on the scheduled day, but if canceled due to weather, there are no refunds.

Awards & Prizes

Overall male and female race winners in every race distance will earn one of our CHAMPIONS jerseys.

Each race distance offers a multitude of different awards for both Overall Winners, Age Division Winners, and Fat Bike, Single Speed, Vintage and Tandem Divisions. Check each race distance page for a complete list.

Everyone who finishes will be rewarded with a finisher medal.

Family Entertainment

Bring the entire family! Spectator’s welcome. Our celebration area is super inviting with warming fires and table seating scattered throughout.

Custom Merchandise

Melting Mann custom merchandise may be pre-purchased during the online registration process. If not sold out beforehand, merchandise can also be purchased at the race. We offer a multitude of items but encourage you to order early to ensure you get your custom Melting Mann Merchandise before it is sold out!

Food & Beverages

Q-It Up will be serving BBQ as part of your race entry for lunch. Ron's Beans Coffee, Goshen Brewing Company beverages & bottled water will also be part of your race entry.

Additional Q-It Up meals with a bottled water may be purchased for family members and spectators in advance for $15.00 in the merchandise selection area when registering for the race online. Meals will be available for purchase at Packet Pickup/Registration Area on race day as well, but are limited to caterer’s supply.
